Short Description: The Corporate Finance team is responsible for managing a loan portfolio of £426m across 7 different counterparties supported by £574m worth of assets with interest costs of Circa £20m per annum. Aldwyck housing group has also entered into various complex hedging arrangements with 4 other counterparties which is supported by a further £91m of assets. With a changing economic environment and risks associated with Brexit, we live in a time of great uncertainty and risk. The implementation of a new treasury management system fits in with the strategic goals and ambition to provide better quality of information to our executives and board, build in efficiencies and resilience. The system will give us the additional capability for modelling various risk scenarios (involving MtM, covenant breach, interest and inflation rates), streamline internal processes, get real time market data, remove dependencies on individuals and errors associated with manual processes.
